Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you as soon as your refund or new size is processed.
